Dr. Robyn, DVM Veterinary and Pet Care Expert
Dr. Robyn is our resident dog and cat expert. She makes sure PetSmart associates are thoroughly trained in all aspects of pet safety and is always ready to offer veterinary advice on pets, products and services. Dr. Robyn received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas San Antonio, a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Texas A&M University, and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University. 

Tracey Fisher, Pet Grooming Expert
With 14 years of grooming experience, Tracey is the resident pet grooming expert at PetSmart. She develops PetSmart's training program to certify groomers in all of our salons. Tracey holds multiple certificates in grooming, including an all-breed grooming certificate from the Maryland School of Dog Grooming, and certificates in breed-specific grooming, skin and coat care, cat grooming, kennel and salon management, gentle and safe handling and care, and advanced scissoring skills. She has also earned a Pet Stylist certification from the International Society of Canine Cosmetologists, as well as a designing learning certificate from the American Society for Training & Development.

Jeff Schultz, Training Expert
Jeff has been overseeing PetSmart's Pet training program for the last 7 years, playing an integral role in the transition to positive reinforcement-based dog training. The goal of the program is to teach pet parents how to communicate effectively with their dogs, making them a loving member of the family, and to make sure dogs stay in the home and are not relinquished due to behavior problems.
